Komyo ReikiDo
At the Komyo Reiki-Loft in Woluwe, the classes in Reiki Ryoho are given in the style of the school of Hyakuten Inamoto "Komyo ReikiDo".
The official diplomas are accredited by me, as Shihan (teacher), certified in Komyo ReikiDo, and authorized by the Komyo ReikiDo Center in Kyoto of Hyakuten Inamoto, the founder of Komyo ReikiDo.
Training in Komyo ReikiDo emphasizes the practice of Reiki Ryoho 霊気療法 as an "entrance gate" to spiritual awakening leading to "Anshin Ritsumei" 安心立命 (absolute inner calm or peace). The naming "Do" refers to "path" or "way". With this, Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei emphasizes the spiritual aspect / spiritual growth or development through the practice of Reiki Ryoho 霊気療法.
"Komyo ReikiDo" is much more than just learning a simple method for treatments.
The basis of real happiness is a good health. With the daily practice of Komyo ReikiDo we strive for an overall improvement of body and mind and thus towards optimal health. By continuously working on one’s spiritual development, the ultimate goal of Reiki Ryoho 霊気療法, "Satori" 悟 (individual enlightened insight) will be achieved.
Reiki Trainings & Initiations
Komyo ReikiDo has four levels, which you can follow in sequence in the Komyo Reiki loft, Woluwe. Completion of the trainings will take you to the level of Reiki Ryoho teacher. Afterwards, if desired, follow-up internships can be taken with Hyakuten Sensei himself. This in order to get the full accreditation for Komyo ReikiDo Shihan.
The training sessions at the Komyo Reiki-Loft always start with the beginner’s level. For each of the following levels, the previous levels should have been completed. The lessons are organised in small groups (two to three students).
• The levels of Shoden and Chuden relate to healing by physical hands.
• In the levels Okuden and Shinpiden healing takes place by spiritual hands.
1st level – Shoden 光明靈氣道
初 伝 Shoden means "the beginning of the learning". The focus is here on Reiki self-treatments, the relationship between health and happiness, and the method of positioning of hands. Students are introduced to the history of Reiki and the basic principles of Reiki Ryoho. Consideration is given to the concepts of energy, meditation and spirituality. During the training the students receive four Reiju (initiations).
2nd level – Chuden 光明靈氣道
中 伝 Chuden means "education at the intermediate level". The focus is on psychological / emotional treatment techniques and practicing Reiki treatments at a distance. Students become aware of the concept of "non-duality" and their connection and influence on the world around them. At this level, the use and practice of three shirushi (symbols) and jumons (mantras) is beaing taught. This will refine one’s own contact with the universal energy and the awareness of it. In additional some special traditional Japanese Reiki techniques will be reviewed. During the Chuden training students receive four Reiju (initiations).
3rd level – Okuden 光明靈氣道
奥伝 Okuden means "deeper knowledge" or also "more inside". The focus is on the spiritual practice of Reiki Ryoho. This level is intended for prospective teachers and / or Reiki practitioners who want to deepen their knowledge of Reiki Ryoho and further develop their inner growth. Students explore the spiritual teachings of Reiki Ryoho and continue on the path of "Anshin Ritsumei" (inner peace) and "Satori" (enlightenment). The fourth and last shirushi (symbol) is being taught along with instructions on its use and its meaning. During the Okuden training students receive two Reiju.
4e niveau – Shinpiden 光明靈氣道
神秘伝 Shinpiden, means 'mysterious teachings'. The goal of Shinpiden is to become a Reiki Ryoho teacher and share the path of Reiki. As soon as the training at the fourth level is completed, the student can teach all four grades and give the Reiju (initiation) at all levels.
